Consistently high quality food, polite service and an extensive menu offering more interesting choices than the average chinese.
The food has always been delivered with the hour and is always hot, and the crispy bits crisp!

Update, just ordered again. The food arrived within the specified time, and was absolutely gorgeous. They get an extra spud for their continual good food and friendly service.
