Superb English/French style cuisine with an intimate atmosphere. Tends to be in sauces, so if you like your food plain, you have to request it.
Portions are generous.
Visited here again 31/05/01. Had a superb meal - could not fault it!

The Cherry House is perfect if you want somewhere intimate for a romantic date - or if you're generally trying to impress someone! The food is lovely and I can also recommend going on a weekday evening if you want REALLY personal attention.
One word of warning....it's not for those who don't know to "work from the outside in" or those who prefer a pint of Fosters over a Chablis. You'd embarass yourself.
